Finally, The Moment of Truth

Ok, I've finally decided to make this blog specifically one about movie & TV specials. So first, The Pregnancy Pact. It sucked. Badly. It was a sad, sad thing. Here's a picture..

Its a complete spoof, but I love this picture, still. So the movie is about these girls who are total idiots who try to get pregnant at the same time and its based on the myth of the Pregnancy "Pact" during the teenage pregnancy epidemic in 2008. They follow this retarded redhead who is all "Omigod I'm gonna marry my boyfriend and we're gonna live in the town I grew up in, and I love Mom and Dad and God." No, nothing against any of those things, but man is she stupid or what? So then she tries to keep her boyfriend by lying to him about the promise to get pregnant along with her friends (that's the myth) and when he finds out, he dumps her, and she's all sad. And still pregnant.

Overall, the acting was awful. Ok, I'm not an actress, but I know bad acting. Seriously. I'm not even sure why I wasted my time watching it. I mean, its a Lifetime Special. LIFETIME FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!! Like the senior citizen people and their CSI programs, as my Gram would call it. Minnesotans have their lingo, certainly..
